Your hosting provider might not have the hardware required to reach optimal speeds. This is often the case with many of the cheap shared hosting companies – but not all, for example, SiteGround is excellent. A solution for this is to move your website to a new hosting company, but this is not included in your speed optimisation package.
Your website’s theme could be bloated with code that cannot be removed without breaking the design. A solution to this problem is to replace your theme with one that provides a clean code base. This often not as simple as uploading and selecting a new theme, and can sometimes require your entire site be restyled – which is also not included in your speed optimisation package.
